Why am I not getting lead notifications or alerts?
Not getting notifications?
If we’re sending you lead alerts but you’re not seeing them, it’s usually because notifications are turned off on your phone
How to turn notifications on
- Log in to the app
- Tap More
- Tap Notifications & Lead Alerts
- Turn the switch on
- If it’s already on, turn it off and back on again. This helps your phone check the settings properly.
Still not working?
If you blocked notifications before, your phone won’t ask again. You’ll need to turn them on in your phone settings:
iPhone
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Find the app
- Turn Allow Notifications on
Android
- Go to Settings → Apps
- Tap the app
- Tap Notifications
- Turn them on
Quick things to check
- Your phone isn’t on Do Not Disturb
- Notifications are on in the app and on your phone
